Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took my RV into have the electrical system inspected as I suspected my generator was acting up. Mechanic claimed to have traced the problem back to the converter and gave me a repair price of just under $400 to replace. Went ahead with the repair only to find out it was not the converter after all but the generator voltage regulator and was told the mechanic did not have the expertise to make the repair. Came in to pick up the vehicle, asked the cashier why they could not make the repair and was basically given the shoulder shrug. Asked the cashier if they had any luck repairing the toilet that was also requested to be looked at and the cashier came back with "don't know nothin' about that." and proceeded to ring me up. I interupted the transaction and asked the cashier to consult the mechanic, he begrudgingly asked the mechanic and came back with an answer of "he was too busy to look at it." Will never be back.
