They were NOT very sympathetic when my sister was dying of cancer ! Both her and her husband were scared and did not know what was happening and they just blew them off. My bro in law called them early one morning and left a message and NO ONE EVER that whole day or the next returned his call .. NEVER ! Then they needed help and asked for a referral to an Oncologist and days went by and NOTHING. My sister called them a few days later to see if they got the referral yet and was told they forgot to send the referral in !! She just cried ! Not even a dog should be treated this way !!!! She's DEAD now as of Nov. 12, 2020 at the age of 71 !!! SAD SAD SAD
