I was referred to Dr Wong from my Dentist as I needed a root canal on a small difficult tooth, I must say the procedure went well as Dr Wong did a great job. Where I have a problem is with the admin department. I specifically asked them for the total cost prior to any work being done. They gave me the total and I paid them in full. Where they went wrong was not getting a written authorization from my insurance, and since they didn't, now they want me to pay more as the insurance didn't cover what they thought they would. I guess they have a hard time admitting when they make mistakes and just owning up to it.

I can say Dr Wong is the best i have ever been too! I had to have a root canal on 1/10/2012 and from start to Finnish i never had any pain.. I give Dr Wong 5 Stars and will let everyone know he is the best. His office even called to see how i was doing the next day.. Thank you very much! Mr Carbajal
