They are quick, friendly and reasonably priced. They will give you reasonable alternatives, to the most expensive option, and are fine with whatever you decide. I have been taking my family's cars to them since I moved to Lompoc and have always been happy with their service.

I see other people who have had a good experience, and I'm afraid I have to disagree. I went there twice because they were reasonably priced and very convenient. But, the customer service was terrible. The woman at the front desk is really rude, and makes it clear that the car won't be done any time soon, and that if she says it takes 2 hours and it takes 2 days, well, not her problem! And you have to pay to have it stored. If you find it hard to believe, just go in the shop, and, without saying anything, just get the impression of this place from the customer sevice people. Then you will understand.

Both customer service and quality of work are excellent. I have never had a residual problem after any repair. They also go out of their way to help customers as quickly as possible.

Customer service was great. I hope the service is great too, but since I just had the repairs done today I will reserve my right my right to an opinion until sufficient time has passed.
