Needed a seat mounted. he was courteous, quick and charged me $5.00, can't beat that price. I'll go back again.

This review is for my dad that has been frequenting this bike shop for tune ups, upgrades, etc. My dad went in and upgraded his bike handle bar some time last year. He decided to sell the bike, took it back to the twins to have them put the original handle bar back on. He walked in, was quoted $20, agreed and left his bike for them to work on. Fast forward to the next day, he goes in and they charge him $57! He asks why he was quoted $20 and then charged $57 and the owners (father and son) RUDELY stated that its because the cables were short, needed more work and are charging more, so tough luck. IT WAS WORK THEY HAD DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. So if anything, they were just fixing what they screwed up to begin with. They could have at least had the decency to call their customer and notify them of this issue, and let them know they would have to charge more for their work. The "tough luck-pay or just leave your bike here" attitude is not something a business should have.

This place has horrible customer service and low quality bikes. They were mad that I walked in and asked them a question that they didn't know the answer to. Signs are hand written and not legible and the twins are a bunch of ingrates. I wouldn't recommed anyone on going to this place. There's a reason why their service is so cheap. Waste of time and money!!!

Just like it is difficult to find a good auto mechanic, it is just as hard to find a good go to Bike Shop. That was until I found Twins Bike Shop in Lomita, Ca.

One of the Best bike shops I have ever visited.

Freindly , Knowledgeable staff and the best prices around. These guys carry just about any part imaginable.

Just walking in the store and seeing all the new styles makes me want to buy a new bike even though I already have 6 at home.

Whenever I need a service, they always seem to find time to help. Most other shops have sent me away with an appointment or insist on me leaving it.

NO REASON TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
