Year round maintenance was as professional as you can get. This company was the only one that called back, came out, wrote a reasonable quote and did the work exactly as I explained it to them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company.

Steve Messinger is the biggest jerk I've ever met in my life. He is rude to customers, crass, unprofessional and does not return phone calls. He came to our house to give us an estimate on a job, WITHOUT HIS SHIRT ON, and he made a comment that "teachers don't know what real work is." He said this without even knowing that my husband and I are teachers! Who does that? Yes, he came in with the lowest bid, but sometimes the cheap can be expensive. We gave him a $100 deposit and never heard from him. I had to call him 5 times. He finally called me back insulting me and yelling at me for calling him so many times. I wouldn't have done that if he would've just called me back! He also wouldn't return my deposit after I told him that we no longer wanted him to do the job. He said he wanted me to have to pay a fine to stop payment on the check. I have no idea how he is still in business b/c I know customers have called the police on him more than once. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
