This was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It took months to get a claim rectified as they provided no responses. After calling once a week for a period of three months, they got back to me and said they would pay for my SLR camera, which was lost in my move. Thought that would be it? Well it was not. They later declined it after seeing it was a $2,000 camera, but paid on a $100 table that was damaged. WTF?

This mismanaged process was more obvious when Chris Drexler realized that he lost my file, then his so-called supervisor Jim McCue jumps in, and claims he is the end-all manager to help me. Well guess what, he wasn't. At the end of the day, they never paid on my claim after saying they would. What a waste of time and money. I will never use them again.
