Overall shopping experience was good. But product was delivered with minor defects. Love seat was sold us from display. Before we left store we inspected loveseat and was not noticed any scratches or damages, but when unit was delivered we noticed some scratches on the back part long scratch and one of the legs. Other that that we are happy with the purchase.

Have made a prior purchase a couple of years ago, liked the no hassle sales people. This time around we put money down on a mattress and after much debate between my wife and I we decided to cancel the order. The cancellation was totally hassle-free, no angry salesperson to deal with. Just great customer service.
