I won a gift certificate for Simply Beautiful Day Spa that included a massage, a facial, and a mani/pedi. I misplaced the certificate, but the owner honored it as the person who issued the certificate called on my behalf. This was my first great impression of the place and the people.

The four hours I spent being pampered at Simply Beautiful Day Spa were heavenly! The place is peaceful and lovely, and the people are warm and friendly. Each one who treated me gave me the royal treatment, making me feel beautiful and special. Having finished treatment for cancer three months ago, it was just the boost my body and spirits needed to feel like a woman again.

I learned great things about the owner from the women who treated me and got a sense that the spa is customer-centered.

I highly recommend a visit and plan on returning!
