Pleasant Lane Elementary School serves the educational needs of more than 300 students and offers classes from grades kindergarten thorough five. The school offers instructions in science, language arts, English, mathematics, health education, computer science, social studies, fine arts, vocal and instrumental music, and physical education. The school lays emphasis on enhancing the reading, writing and language skills of students. It has a fully equipped library and media center that has a large collection of fiction and nonfiction books, textbooks, magazines, encyclopedias, and other audiovisual reference materials.
