Established in 1909, Vulcan Materials Company is one of the largest producers of construction aggregates in the United States. Located in Grayson, Ga., the company is a producer of construction materials, including asphalt and ready-mixed concrete. Additionally, the firm produces an array of products, such as crushed stone, sand, gravel and other construction aggregates. Its products find applications in building roads, tunnels, bridges and airports, as well as in building churches, shopping centers and factories. Vulcan Materials Company operates more than 70 facilities in Arizona, California and New Mexico.
