I brought my Great Dane in there and she s a big ol Scooby Doo. Scared of everythingthey were very kind and gentle. The washer did an amazing job, my dog smelled so good. They also trimmed her nails, brushed teeth, etc They are close by and are a decent price. Oh, I also brought my cat and they did a lovely job with him as well. I ll be going to them and recommending them to everyone....

We have used this business twice and will never do so again. The first time we brought in our long haired german shepherd, we explained that she was not to be shaved just trimmed. We got a decent trim but found a dried bloody cut on her ear which they did not tell us about. Maybe she was moving too much, so we let it slide. We brought her back earlier this week and asked for the cut to be a little shorter than last time. When my husband went to pick her up, he didn't even recognize her. Any groomer should know not to shave a german shepherd or any dog with a layered coat. My dog looks like a ridiculous poodle rat, even if I had wanted a shaved dog I would be horrified by the terrible job and how uneven it is. I called the business and spoke to the owner as soon as I saw my dog. She refused to admit any fault and would not give any refund. She hung up on us and when we called back said "fine, you can have $10 off your next visit" and hung up again.
