Customer service means more to me than the service or products that a company can provide. I don't care how good the selection is, if you treat me like crap, I'm not going to return to your business. Today I was treated like crap at Renegade Rentals. This was only my second time there, and the first time wasn't all that great, either, but it was tolerable. Today was intolerable and I won't be going back.
