Do not hire this lawyer. I found John Bailey of Daines and Smith on google back in 2016. I hired him because he told me he was proficient at civil litigation which is what I needed. However, after I paid John Bailey his retainer, he failed to get the facts of my case correct for the complaint, and didn't really care. He failed to stay in touch with me throughout the case. He decided to finally text message me 3 days before the trial. He was not honest with me and I feel he genuinely did not care about my case at all. I am on the east coast, and I feel he took advantage of myself in that regard. I filed a complaint with the Idaho State Bar. This is the state where the case was and John Bailey is also licensed in Idaho. Do not hire this attorney, you won't get good results. No professionalism. I have hired many attorneys, and he is the worst. The rest have been great. I know a good attorney, and John Bailey is not one of them.
