First off....to that one lady that's complaining about someone swearing at a tattoo shop, Is dumb. Like obviously...have you never been a parlor like that?? They'll be swearing. But anyways, I got a piercing, the guy who did was friendly, and made me feel really comfortable! Excellent service, in fact I will be going back there!

Its worth it to pay for quality and this shops got it. They dont sell cheap jewelry and that is respectable. Some of my stuff is a few years old and still holding up very well. Thanks guys

Ever since the old piercer, Nigel, moved away and the replacement piercer, Bret, has been around, this place has gone downhill. He talked down to me after everything I said, like I had no idea what I was talking about and he knew what was better for me than I did. I am already fairly heavily pierced and tattooed, and I had to nearly convince him to give me a simple labret piercing with a ring because he was 100% out of flatback barbells. I know the barbells are better but that's not the point. He said he'd have more in by Tuesday, and nearly a week later, they're STILL not in and he sounded like he hadn't even ordered them yet. He took my name and number down twice, wrong both times, and said he'd call me when he got them. Never did, because he didn't listen well enough to get my NAME AND NUMBER right. Then tried to make ME feel bad for coming in to see if he'd gotten the barbells in. Honestly, will NOT be going back and will NOT be recommending this place until they replace him.

I got my belly button pierced here and the owner would not stop making sexual comments. It was disgusting and SOOOO rude! He also kept saying F this and F that. he even told me to F off. That is no way to treat a customer- EVER!!! I will never give them my service again!

I got both of my nipples pierced here. Very sterile when it comes to working with customers and are a very friendly staff..... they made it an extremely easy operation.
