We needed to be towed on a Sunday.We were 9 hrs from home and needed to be back that night. Dan picked us up, his wife went and got the part, and he had us back on the road and headed home . It wasn't an easy fix either. I would highly reccomend this place. I feel so lucky they were the ones I randomly picked in a crisis.Do not hesitate to call them. They were confident they could find out what was wrong with my truck and fix it - turned out they couldn't but still charged me over $300. I even gave them a list of things to check that I found online. I took it to a Ford garage and they found the bad fuel regulator in a few hours, which was one of the things that I asked them to check. The Ford garage has a policy that if they can't fix it, you don't pay - I like that. I asked the counter guy at Shell, Dale, for a discount since the truck didn't run any better than when I took it in and he told me possibly if I bring in the receipt from the garage that fixes it. I did and no refund. Don't take anything very complicated to Lodi Shell. They'll keep you vehicle for weeks but won't be able to fix it. They suggest to do a trial and error new parts replacement and it will cost you. They wanted to start with my computer ($400) and/or my injectors ($1000) and it turned out to be neither of those parts.

I am from Green Bay and I was on a fall motorcycle ride. I was staying at the Bridge Motel in Lodi. I discovered that my tire on my motorcylcle was flat. I aired up my tire and drove to Lodi Shell. They do not work on motorcycle tires, but were more than happy to take me wherever I needed to go. After Dan spent about a half hour calling around to find a tire repair shop that would fix it after 12 o'clock, we found that Englehart in Madison would do the job. He towed me there at a very resonable rate and I was on my way. God Bless these people.
