We had a scheduled appointment with Randy today. My husband called to confirm our noon appointment and Randy said he could not make it and rescheduled for 1PM. Then Randy called back and said he was helping a friend and would make it later that day. I called him back to inform him that I could not wait around for him. He said, "he did not want to do business with us anyway". Is this how a business runs....I guess his does. Understand if something comes up but then he should be the one to call to reschedule.....and give a window of time. Beware of his "cocky" attitude.
