Today I called them for repair of my oven like 10.00 am they send me tech. Mike like 12.00 He fix it same day and charges are very normal . Thanks for very quick responce.

Very Very Disappointed.......My fridge broke down called them this AM and left a message. They never returned my call. I thought based on all of these reviews, I should give them a chance. I called again after a few hours and made an appt. The appointment was for 4-7PM today. At 7PM I called and was told he was running late. He should be here between 7-8PM. It is now 8:17PM and the dispatcher cannot find the technician. Obviously they are very unreliable.

My LG refrigerator broke today (sunday). I called US appliance service they send me tech Mike Like next 3hours . He came and fix my refrigerator same day without any extra charges though I called them in emergancy . Thanks a lot becaz I didnt have to through my food in bin Karen Brown

My refrigerator broke the day before Thanksgiving, in a panic I did not know who to call, I search the web and found US Appliance service . They advertised same day repairs and that they had the parts in stock. I tried them and to my great pleasure, their tech Dave came out and diagnosed my refrigerator and had the parts on the truck and saved my Holiday disaster, Thanks US Appliance Service and Dave

Just a note of thanks for the service I received on my dryer. The technician was so friendly and nice to me that I just want you to know how much I appreciate being treated in such a nice manner.
