Our experience was and continues to be horrible. The project started extremely late. Our contract estimated 4-5 week start and completion and actual project started 11 months after signing. All work performed has failed in one way or another. The representative from Right Team promised the world and when things started going south because of workmanship issues he did not stand behind his work. The project consisted of new basement stairs, porch steps, and a patio and walkway in Cambridge pavers. The basement steps were not installed correctly from the start. No footing supporting the stacked block was installed and platform for Bilco door installation was not the correct size to match the size of door the representative recommended. Water leaking into the steps and these issues required them to dig up entire area around basement steps and place all dirt onto the brand new patio they installed. I cant even begin the amount of damage they caused by attempting this repair. Various locations of walk and patio were damaged during the process. Locations surrounding the basement door are still sinking due to ground preparation failures and lack of aggregate installed . All concrete on both basement steps and porch steps immediately developed cracks and have separated concrete due to poor preparation, no footing installed, and not giving adequate cure time. The stairs to basement are not to code with different step and rise dimensions because of lack of planning. There were multiple damages to my property including damages to my fence, sprinkler system and driveway. These guys actually secured a tarp to cover work by using nails into the stucco of my home. In the end when they said they were done they split. I am left with a bigger mess than before they started. There is so much work needed to repair these damages that we are just going to hire someone else to properly do the job. Would really like consumers to be aware, would hate to see anyone have an experience like ours

Right team construction LLC were professional and did an excellent job on replacing my roof and rebuilding my front steps. I would hire them again!
