      This is Dr. Clauson responding to the 8/17/2015 review. Thank you for your feedback. We are concerned that you are having an issue with a crown. We always appreciate a call so that we can know of your concern. Sometimes a bonding agent or material will not last like we would like it to, and if that becomes evident on the regular hygiene visits and follow up x-rays, the situation is addressed.



      In some cases a return visit to adjust the bite may be necessary after the crown is inserted, as while every effort is made to make sure it is comfortable, sometimes when a patient is numb, it may be difficult to bite normally.



      We would like the opportunity to review your situation, if you are indeed a patient of this office, and help you to have a healthy dental situation and hope that you will call soon.
