The Customer services is bad. I walk in with group of people and nobody scan there membership card and there assistant manager, I think his name is (Danny) he only stopped me and let others go without any questions. Because i was the only color person in the group, rest of them were white.

The child care is horrible. I saw children get hurt a few times while the care giver was playing on her cell phone or chatting with friends. The service by SOME of the counter workers was rude. The machines were always breaking down. I just quit and went somewhere else.

An amazing club that offers Everything, friendly and helpful staff... And unlike so many other gyms, this one doesn't try to rip you off. No hidden and extra charges for this and that, i pay just 40 bucks a month and get everything... open 24 hours too and never too crowded
