      General Info
      Friends Academy Summer Camps, also known as F.A.S.C., offers a range of recreational activities. Established in 1969, the camp serves children in Nassau and western Suffolk counties in New York. It administers the General Camp program, which includes various sports activities, such as volleyball, baseball, basketball, hockey, lacrosse, softball, soccer and tennis. Friends Academy Summer Camps also provides classes in woodworking, painting, and arts and crafts. The camp conducts the Sports Academy Plus program, which includes several adventurous activities, including horseback riding and figure skating. Its Helen A. Dolan Center includes an air-conditioned dining hall. Friends Academy Summer Camps features a picnic area and swimming pools.
