I received excellent service at this veterinary clinic and my cat, Buffy, received excellent care from Dr. James. Dr. James took great care to get to know my cat and to fully understand the problem we were dealing with (urinary issues). She shared very good information on things we could start doing to address the problem and then explained to me 2 tests she wanted to run to determine if there were any other issues we needed to take care of. She told me the costs so there were no surprises at check out. Once the tests results were back, she called me personally and answered all of my questions on the phone. The personal attention and time she spent with me meant so much. I will definitely return to this clinic for my cat's care!!!!

I would say she is very focused and intense. She was absolutely a caring angel when I had to take an 18 year old dalmatian in...he has lost all body functions and leg movement. She stayed right there with me to the bitter end. I have seen this office jump hurdles when an emergency comes in. I have small and big dogs, young and old. I think they are the best in spotsy county!

They are all skilled, knowledgeable and caring professionals, and it has been a blessing and a reassurance to know that they are there just outside our community's main gate, both for routine preventive care and when animal health problems -- serious or minor -- arise.

Dr. Olson is great. She just opened a new clinic in Locust Grove Va. a few months ago. Lakewood Animal Hospitol. Go there you'll love it.
