I called Radioactive today to get a subwoofer enclosure and wiring ran in my 2009 infiniti g37s. When I spoke to the owner he said no problem and to bring it down. I also had to have two windows retinted that they installed about 5 months ago because they started to bubble. When I went to check on my vehicle 3 hours later the owner informed me he "passed on the install" due to the fact he couldn't find a hole in the firewall. Ok well he didn't even call us to let us know he wasn't going to install anything. He also stated he could've installed it but he didn't think we wanted to spend the extra money...but again, he never called to ask us if this was an issue. I looked over the retint and it looked ok. then i went to my trunk to see if all the equipment was still in there, that is when I realized that my new subwoofer enclosure was gouged. When the owner came out to see it, he said it wasn't him that did it. He also said he was "done" and walked back into the store. No resolution!!!

Great atmosphere. They treat customers with respect and pay attention to their needs. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I told them what I was looking for & they delivered.

Wow! What a great experience I had today. I just had my windows tinted and a new radio put in my Honda Accord.
