I wouldn’t go back if it was FREE!! The “so called” receptionist has lost her mind! I was 15 minutes late for my appointment so I walk in she says “you’re 15 minutes late you’re gonna have to give me your credit card and we can reschedule”! I assured her I wasn’t coming back, So they get a bad review from me. I walked to my car I was done with that place BUT GET THIS my daughter had called me sitting there and was asking me to find another place that we could go to cause Ashleigh never gets her hair right (Darker) and she was always unhappy. That she had to redo it a 2nd time and still nothing! Anyways remind you I’m in my car writing a review to my own daughter on FB! I was talking to her about how we loved Looks Salon off 42 and they have the best reviews. Then I put my vehicle in reverse and proceeded to leave. Hell by that time I put my car in drive to leave and I looked over and the receptionist came running to my car, yelling at me, that did not end well for her as my daughter heard her through my phone. She then said “Go to great clips”!WOW She( The so-called receptionist) proceeds to tell me that “writing a review is slander and they have the best prices before anyone and just yelling at me saying go to great clips then”😱Really these people chase you to your own car to tell you not to return, but I made that clear I wasn’t coming back and she could have gotten hit by my car running up to my car while I’m trying to drive off! This nut walked to the street and A) WE DO NOT CHASE CUSTOMERS WHO DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE. I made it clear like I said I wasn’t coming back at the beginning! Wow I’ve never seen anything like that. They are rude and I personally had to hear about the customers they didn’t like, the ones they banned also from there, etc. I see why now! NOT GOOD.FACTS. I’ve NEVER been treated so horrible in my life.
