The property manager, Dick Bridwell makes a lot of promises he doesn’t keep. He doesn’t finish homes when you move in, and makes excuse after excuse, or just ignores you, or forgets if that is true. There are many horror stories of homes that have been left unifinished such as roofs, sidings, doors, etc and has cause myriad of damage and distress to the new owners.
