I had my Furnace and Air Conditioner installed by M & M Heating & Air Conditioning 10 years ago. I'm writing this review because on May26th, 2015 I called Mark for service. I turned my unit from heat to A/C and noticed cool, not cold air was coming out of the vents. Mark took me through some steps while on the phone. When I went outside and noticed the condenser fan was not turning Mark said the breaker to the A/C might be off. Sure enough this was the simple solution to my A/C problem. 10 years later and working like a charm. I highly recommend them.

Great experience! Our furnace died on a COLD February Sunday. Mark came out within a couple hours of our call and did a thorough, free diagnosis. He did not have the part we needed, but got it right away the next day and got it fixed. His rates were very reasonable and he did a great job. We will definitely use M & M again!
