The Livonia Family YMCA provides recreational and individual growth and development opportunities for families, youths and community groups. Located in Livonia, Mich., the organization s facilities include an aerobics studio, wellness center, gymnasium, weight room, racquetball courts and pools. It organizes sports and specialty camps for children between the ages of 9 through 12. The Livonia Family YMCA supports several sports activities, including lacrosse, football, volleyball, baseball, soccer and hockey. The organization s martial arts program offer classes in aikido and karate. It also provides classes in gymnastics, yoga, aerobics and studio cycling. The Livonia Family YMCA s home-school programs include drama, art, swimming and creative writing.
