What U Seek, founded in 1995, is a privately-held company in Northville, Mich., that provides a full suite of search-related properties called the whatUseek Network. Those properties include siteLevel, which provides search technology in an intuitive interface and Chubba, a meta-search engine that queries many of the Web's search engines. Chubba.com also provides weather forecasts, Usenet searching, dictionary and encyclopedia lookup. WhatUseek eNewsletters is a way to receive information on issues critical to Web masters, and is subscribed to by millions of readers. The available newsletters will soon be expanded to cover additional topics and be viewable on wireless and PDA-type devices.
