Been using Frank for over a year and very pleased with his service and quality. Always a nice conversation when I drop off an pick up.

Disappointing. This cleaners stretched out my favorite sweater & shirt & wouldn’t accept responsibility. When I told the owner, Frank (he refused to give me his last name) he accused me of lying, got very upset and refused to even listen to me. I even brought in a similar sized sweater as proof that they’d stretched it out but he & his female assistant acted as if I was crazy. They told me if I didn’t like their service to simply not come back.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!, And if you don't like his work, your like all of the other F------customers! according to Frank or Farhad.



I was a day late picking up my suit. There was a large smudge on the upper should, lint all over the the other shoulder and white cotton balls under the arm.



This was my first and last time there! They are very RUDE and yell obscenities at you.

They don't even deserve one star
