This place is a joke and does not stand behind there work, my screen was cracked and everything was working fine until they replaced the screen, my phone was not seated properly and glass popped out and the screen was flickering until it completely went out, took it back several times works for a few days then goes back out. Will strongly recommend finding a different place not unless you have a bunch of time on your hands to keep going back an fourth with no resolution and a bunch of excuses !!! Finally took my phone to the apple store and problem solved for a cheaper price.

There are better options. I was very disappointed in every facet of their process. Find someplace else. Anyplace else.

It should have been a clue when I first walked in and they were "discussing" another customer. Not professional, in my opinion.

I had a terrible experience with Ballyhoo and would not recommend them to anyone. I was promised a three day turnaround on a hard drive replacement; I emphasized that I needed the computer within three days to meet a VERY important deadline. I would never have gone to them if I wasn't GUARANTEED that this deadline would be met.



Not only did they fail to deliver on their guarantee, but the supposed three day repair job turned into nine days without a computer due to shipping errors, employees not being available and a host of other excuses. The company only alerted me to these delays after I called multiple times to check on the status. My messages to their managers were not returned for days.



After I finally got the machine, I had to fight with the owner just to get a token 10% discount on a repair that took three times as long as promised. When I wasn't satisfied with this he snidely replied "I'm sure you'd want 100% off, but I'm trying to run a business." He was completely unwilling to make a good faith effort to remedy problems that were entirely his fault.



I would have never gone to Ballyhoo in the first place if I had known that they were this unprofessional and unreliable; I will never go back.
