      I've taken my Canon all-in-one there once, and if it ever breaks again I'd choose them for service any time. They're considerate of the customer's time, his budget. They could easily have charged for two hours but clocked in the repair at one, and while I was out running errands they installed a couple of surprisingly inexpensive parts to prevent one particular failure in the future. They seem knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which is exactly what you want a technical repair person to be; I learned more about laser printer technology in about ten minutes than I had ever learned elsewhere.
