I was referred to this company by a close friend. After waiting a few days for a callback I was told that they only way for them to come give me a quote was if they are doing the job. WHAT!?

I needed 2 new A/C and furnace units for a church and needed to submit the proposal to the Board. How can a company expect to get a job with a fair quote. Then I was told that they have enough quotes and are too busy to come out if they are not going to do the job. Totally asinine! Totally unprofessional. Very lazy!

The sad part is that I have two other churches plus 5 members needing HVAC.
