Great and friendly. He knew the problem before he arrived. He went straight to work on it very reasonably. I never had a problem in the last 3 days ago he worked on it. Wow! Where did this guy come from? I will definitely refer you to others in my hometown of Huntsville, Texas. He will always be kept in my contacts. Judy
