I am accustomed to going to Lowe's in my state so when I was visiting in Texas I stopped by the Livingston TX Lowe's assuming I would be treated the way I am accustomed in my state. Boy was I ever wrong! I went in 30 minutes before closing. Of course since it is somewhat different in layout then what my usual store is it took a while to find everything. Most of the store employees were wonderful. Two women in their 40's were definitely not. They were extremely rude and disrespectful because, lord forbid, it was getting close to closing time and they sarcastically commented about how, "I am wanting to go home but instead I had to come over here and take care of you..." And, "we are closed you know, when a I reached out as I passed a counter and grabbed a pack of nails. Mind you, I spent close to $100 bucks and my average is close to a grand a month at Lowe's. Since that pay their salary you would think we would be treated better. No thank you for shopping with us, just rude and disrespectful. Those women would be fired if they worked for me!! I guess when I'm in TX I should go to Home Depot or Menard's.

Hey Lowe's, I just wanted to say I was in your store some days ago and your employee named James Nelson was a great help to me, he was helpful, kind, and very respectful, I wish all your employees was like him.
