I know I have a lot of reviews on this company, but I just want to get the word out on how this company conducts it's business. They blatantly won't attend to my fixtures needed in my apartment in Bloomfield NJ.I have had peoblems with them before, but this has been going on since May. It is really sad how they treat their tenants here. I ALWAYS pay rent on time and give them absolutely no reason to complain about me, and yet they still won't hold their of the lease agreement. I have to suggest to others to think twice about doing business with this company because of their bad business tactics and lack of integrity to fix these MINOR problems in my apartment.

I live at one of their buildings they own in Bloomfield. I have to say that they desperately need improvement on managing their building. I have been living at their apartment building since October 1, 2006 and it has been an up battle with them over and over again. The recent problems I have been having with them is there refusal to make simple minor fixtures needed in my apartment. I have been asking them since May about this and they only fixed two things. The others have been completely left alone all together. I have to say for someone that doesn't give them any reason to complain about(especially since I pay my rent on time EVERY month), they seem to just ignore my pleads for the fixtures needed. It is really sad how it has gone this long without things getting done in my apartment. I guess they don't care about the tenants that actually would like to be here quietly and comfortably without being a pain in the neck towards anybody.

I have to honestly say this realty is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They own a building in Bloomfield that they refuse to do fixtures unless someone threatens to tell the athorities on them(even then sometimes that is not enough). I live at their building and I have been telling them for months about the fixtures needed in my apartment and they simply REFUSE to fix them. It is sad how they treat their tenants. If anyone is thinking about renting from this realty, I say do as much research on them as you can before that, because my experiences with them seem to always lead to a dead end.
