- Dental ExaminationTo schedule a check-up or a comprehensive introductory dental exam, please contact us. We look forward to providing you with the most convenient and comfortable dental experience you have ever had.
- X-rays
- Oral Cancer ScreeningThe American Dental Association recommends that you visit your dentist at least twice a year for routine check-ups, which are vital to the preservation of your oral health. During your check-up appointment, you will receive a thorough cleaning, including scaling, root planing, and polishing. We will conduct an exam of your mouth, meticulously checking your teeth and gums for any signs of disease or damage. We will also screen for oral cancer using the VELscope® cancer screening system.
- Teeth CleaningThe Zoom!® system is particularly effective at removing superficial stains that persist after a professional dental cleaning. Because the gel penetrates the enamel of the teeth, it can also dramatically lighten and sometimes even eliminate deeper stains, such as those left by dark-colored beverages.
- Fluoride TreatmentAt our practice, our comprehensive range of dental services designed to meet the unique needs of children and teens include: oral exams, digital x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, gum disease prevention, sealants, and cavity repair.
- Dental SealantsSealants are generally recommended for children and teens between the ages of 6 and 16 because grooves and fissures in teeth tend to form in childhood and adolescence. More than 75% of dental decay begins in these grooves. Risk of decay decreases by 70% for patients with sealants.
- Fillings
- Resin CompositeComposite fillings are made of a tooth-colored, composite resin. This resin is strong, durable, and aesthetic. The dentist gently removes decayed tissue and places your filling to help prevent further damage.
- VeneersAt The Silverstrom Group, we use the highest-quality medical-grade porcelain to craft custom veneers that are durable and completely natural looking. Dr. David Silverstrom and Dr. Gary Silverstrom work closely with patients to design a unique smile that harmonizes with the surrounding features of their face. Unlike most other dental practices, we have an in-house laboratory, which allows us to oversee every stage of the veneer fabrication process. Creating the veneers in our lab ensures that they are created in accordance with our specifications. We also offer one-visit veneers with computerized technology for patients who wish to complete their smile makeovers in a single appointment.

- Root Canal TreatmentOver the years, root canal therapy has gotten a bad rap. So many people are convinced that getting a “root canal” is such a horrible ordeal that they prefer to live with tooth pain. However, modern root canal therapy is a gentle, relatively simple procedure that can immediately alleviate nagging tooth pain. Best of all, the procedure is practically painless. At The Silverstrom Group, our primary concern is your oral health. It is nearly impossible to function with a serious toothache; medications merely dull the pain, and avoiding dental care will only eventually lead to the loss of the tooth and the possible spread of dangerous infection throughout your mouth. Root canal therapy not only treats tooth pain at its source, but also allows for the preservation of as much of the tooth’s natural structure as possible. This will ultimately help you maintain the health of the gum and bone tissues that support the tooth.

- Dental ImplantsDental Implants are a definitive solution to missing teeth. Although alternative procedures may be right for some patients, dental implants can provide the following benefits: prevent bone loss that occurs with missing teeth, they can last a lifetime, and they do not cause additional wear and tear on adjacent teeth. Some patients even see an improvement in their overall health once they are able to eat hard foods again like nuts and certain fruits.
