He listens to my concerns and explains everything in a way that I can understand. I never feel rushed. He takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel comfortable with moving forward with my surgery. He did a fusion on my l5 s1 last year. I had great success and my pain is gone. I felt like he gave me my life back. Unfortunately I have issues with my neck now but I did not hesitate at the thought of having surgery on my neck. I have complete confidence in Dr. Gigante.

Honestly, I never thought I could feel this good. I had back surgery 4 months ago. My life has been changed for the better in ways I can’t even describe.

Dr Gigante as well as the entire staff were absolutely fantastic. From administration to Marissa who organized everything and Robert who coordinated with my job. Fred the PA stayed on top of everything and answered every question I threw out there. Dr G was amazing. The results are nothing short of amazing. He gave me a detailed explanation of the diagnosis, prepped me mentally before surgery, explained the results to my wife and me post op and followed up prior to my hospital discharge. I could not have found a more dedicated, talented, and caring team. Thank you all.

Dr Gigante provided clear and understandable descriptions of disc damage, pre-op therapy options, surgical procedures and post op recovery.

Replaced Neuropace device. No pain after the surgery and no problems with the removal of the stitches. All in all a great experience
