When this place first opened I thought it was great. They did manicures and pedicures right. Took their time, gave a good massage, and used the stuff that exfoliates your hands, legs, and feet. Well, they've gone down hill. The exfoliater is gone. The manicure I just got was ridiculous. It took her 20 minutes start to finish, if that. It took me longer to get my Starbucks coffee beforehand than to actually get my nails done. My nails look good, but I like to go to feel pampered. They moved me from my original seat so a mother and daughter could sit together, which is totally not a problem. I'm 8 months pregnant though. No one else could move? The manicurist was very sweet and I feel bad writing this review, but the process was so skimped. She cut my nails, filed them, didn't put cuticle oil on them until after she cut the cuticles on two nails on my left hand. She then put the oil on, got a hot towel and wiped my hands.
