Not street smart at all, and very out of touch with what is happening. English is not her first language if that matters to you and she has a hart time understanding American culture. Found her to be dismissive of anything you challenged her about.( If you did not agree with her and challenged it.) Unable to take constructive criticism and becomes defensive. Not an easy person to work with for sure.
