I had hired Andrew's Property Service to install gutters on my house. The gutters were installed incorrectly protruding beyond the length of the house creating an eye score. The gutter above the front door leaked onto to the stairs creating a safety hazard. Andrew agreed that the gutters did not look correct and promised he would fix them. I waited about 3 weeks and contacted Andrew again. He never responded to my message nor has he made any attempt to correct the deficiencies.
