We have been a customer of Bill Thayer and his EagleAir company for years. He and his staff have always been right there for whatever we needed. Brandon and his partner, Rocky, just finished installing a furnace for us in our rental. They arrived when scheduled and completed the task in the number of days proposed. One would think this was their own home...the precision of this installation was exemplar. They worked with such neatness and cleanliness that one would never know they had even been there. EagleAir installed my heater/air conditioner eight years ago and has continued to providing excellent support. Kevin did the air conditioner preventative maintenance today. He was at my home on time and performed the maintenance very efficiently. This maintenance included vacuuming up the bird seed dropped from the feeder that is just above the unit (has to be high enough that ground squirrels can't leap up to it). I am sure this is not included in the normal air conditioner maintenance.
