I contacted Dave's Carpet Service because I had a flood from my washing machine that ran into the hallway carpet. Dave (the owner, not a sub-contractor) came out to my home last minute, on a saturday evening. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg like I expected. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He is a very honest guy just trying to make a living. He pulled my carpet back, removed the soaked pad and left fans to dry for a couple of days. He came back and reinstalled my carpet expertly.

Dave was challenged by damages and repair from my self-inflicted weekend-repair-and-home-improvement tile installation and painting. He did a meticulous job joining my berber rug to the edges of my newly tiled floor - and replaced a section of berber where I dropped the deep-red paint that was supposed to be applied to my front door. Great job!

We had our carpets cleaned and our carpets "bubbled" up. I called Dave's Carpet Service and he came to look at the carpet that night. The next day, Sunday, he came out and fixed our problems!
