Based in Livermore, Calif., it provides services in shot peening, laser peening, shot peen forming, heat treating, engineered coatings and anodizing. A subsidiary of Curtiss-Wright Corporation, the company operates 24 shot peening facilities in North America and 12 in Europe. Additionally, Metal Improvement Company operates facilities that perform thermal processing of aluminum and steel components.
