I made several calls when looking for a business to handle my title search. I was very pleased with Mrs. JJ Donalds of Heritage Title Services, she took the time to answer my questions and explain the process that would take place as I sold a section of my property in Live Oak. Since starting the process I have called her several times with questions and she has gone out of her way to help me.
