My husband and I eat at Dairy Queen in Panama City, Florida 2 times per week. The service and the food is always excellent. We were traveling and stop in the Live Oak store. The service was terrible and not a full service store. I ordered several things they did not have on the menu..The food was also terrible. The cheeseburger was microwaved and was awful...My chicken was not done... The only good thing that I can say about this store was the ice cream was good and firm.

We eat at the Dairy Queen as often as we can - the food is always great and the ice cream treats are yummy!! But what makes our "visits" there more pleasant are the polite and friendly people that work there. Miss Suzanne and Mr. John are the best!! If you haven't been there, you should definitely give it a try!!

Normally I would give our local Dairy Queen with 5 stars, however I did have a problem tonight. I had ordered a turtle bowl and asked if the could add Reeses on top. After driving 20minutes home, I opened it up to find out that all they put on was Reeses. I called and spoke with the manager and was promised to be taken care of.

After being the most expensive burger joint in town they try to charge extra for sauces. No matter what u order at the drive thru they make you pull up and wait. Check your burgers cause alot pf time they dont cook long enough and they will still be pink in the middle, gross.

my sons favorite place to eat ice cream. The ice cream is cold and the service was great.
