Anonymous person from 03/09/2015 sounds like a moron who probably has zero understanding of automotive technology. Probably self diagnosed his own car because he didn't want to pay THEM to diagnose it. He probably then told them to put a part in after diagnosing the problem WRONG, and they agreed. When it didn't fix his problem he probably got mad (like a moron would). They probably then explained that he should have paid them to PROPERLY diagnose it, like a smart person. So, being the moron he is, unable to swallow his pride, he posted a mean review online about them, even though it's probably all his own fault.

Terrible customer service. Huge lack of knowledge. Will never go there again. O'reilly should do themselves a favor and not associate themselves with that terrible franchise.
The personal is knowledgeable. You dont have to go through a long menu to get to a real person.
