No stars would be more appropriate. So far, not a good experience. I had a meeting to become a payee for my grandson. Things I said were not put on my paperwork and things I never said that I was told I had to swear to, were put there. I didn't receive the paperwork until I was leaving, so read it upon my return home, which is when I found the errors. I have called to request a conversation, no return call. Spoke to someone else to explain, they were extremely unpleasant. It is a distance for me so I would rather resolve on the phone than have to make another appointment, but as I said, I get no return call after leaving at least 4/5 messages. The person told me to call with any questions. I guess she never did say she would call back.
