- OrthopedicsOriginally from Northern Maine, Myles graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2009 with a degree in Biology. He then continued his education receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of New England in 2012. Myles joined the Alpine Clinic team in July 2018. Myles brings experience from many different rehab settings but his passion is in outpatient orthopedics. He looks forward to serve the North Country and getting people to move and feel better.

- Joint ReplacementHaley Ireland is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who obtained her Master's Degree at the MGH Institute of Health Professions and Certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Prior to the Alpine Clinic, Haley worked as a nurse practitioner providing acute and chronic care to students at Dartmouth College. She has experience as a medical-surgical nurse, practicing at Littleton Regional Hospital, where she cared for many joint replacement patients. She has thoroughly enjoyed her new role as an orthopedic nurse practitioner. On a day-to-day basis, she manages operative and non-operative fractures, treats pre- and post-operative patients, provides conservative care of common orthopedic diagnoses, performs joint injections/aspirations, assists in surgery, and provides patient and family education. Prior to her nursing career, Haley was the community health educator at Ammonoosuc Community Health Services in Littleton, NH.

In 2010, Virginia received her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science (MCPHS) in Worcester, MA. Virginia has been practicing Orthopedic Surgery since 2011.

He then pursued his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2020 from the University of Vermont. Kyle's clinical areas of interest include working with athletes experiencing lower back pain, injuries of the elbow such as golfer's or tennis elbow, and caring for those with ankle instability. As the newest member of the Alpine Physical Therapy team, Kyle is looking forward to building genuine connections with his patients and working with them to address outside factors that may contribute to their injuries such as sleep, nutrition, and stress.
