Littleton Animal hospital and all of the vets have been wonderful to my two cats for the past four years since we moved to the area. Contrary to what the other review says, they DO have an ultrasound. I know this because they have used it on my cats. My cats are 12 and are developing normal "old age" health problems, and the professionals at Littleton Animal Hospital have been right on top of everything, giving the appropriate tests, specialty foods, and medications. It's clear that they really care about each animal's individual needs and progress as well. Top notch!
I took my cat here for years with regret because he now has chronic kidney failure. Littleton Animal Hospital failed to give my cat important tests like blood pressure, which would have diagnosed his high blood pressure early and possibly would have prevented his kidney failure. The treatment option for my cat's renal failure was an invasive procedure that was not needed, as I later found out at a cat's only veterinarian. Unlike the cat vet. Littleton Animal Hospital had no ultrasound, which the cat vet. does. Ultrasound gives a 'picture' of what condition the kidneys are in.Go to a more sophisticated veterinarian for your cat and dog. For other animals that she treats, like reptiles and birds, I find Littleton Animal Hospital satisfactory. Keep in mind, though, no one is there overnight, if you are asked to leave your pet(s) there.
